- Advising clients about intellectual property licensing, technology agreements, compliance with marketing and advertising regulations, consumer protection liability, environmental law compliance, corporate governance questions, commercial real estate transactions, data privacy laws, and occupational safety and health law compliance.
- Insurance:
- Representing life insurers, property & casualty companies, and annuity issuers in a variety of matters;
- Providing representation to the issuers of structured settlement obligors and annuity issuers in connection with the issuance, operation, and tax treatment of structured settlements, and representing such clients in connection with risk management and other issues arising out of third-party transactions involving structured settlement payment rights;
- Litigation
- Representing clients in trial-court-level litigation in state and federal courts;
